Full-Time OveRegistered Nurseight Caregiver for Senior Living Community

Old Main Village senior living community is seeking a FULL-TIME CAREGIVER to join their clinical team! This community offers independent living, assisted living, and respite care within a beautifully landscaped historic community featuring 72 residences.

Our Caregivers play an essential role in supporting our residents and creating a community they're proud to call home. This position provides daily care and assistance in alignment with each resident's care plan while following established policies and procedures. Compassion, reliability, and a commitment to quality care are key to success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism. Must be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies / personnel, and the general public. Must be able to work with ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset people within the facility. Must be able to speak, write and understand English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with supervisors, employees, residents, and families.
