As a caregiver with About You In Home Care, your role will be integral to the well-being and development of the children in your care. You will assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility, ensuring that each child is safe and comfortable. In addition, you will provide emotional support and nurturing companionship, helping children feel valued and supported in a warm and positive environment. You will also be responsible for observing their health and behavior, reporting any concerns to the healthcare team as needed, and working with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best care possible.

To succeed in this fulfilling role, we ask that applicants meet the following qualifications :

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) (if applicable)
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work independently
• A calm, professional demeanor, particularly in high-pressure or fast-paced environments
