Job Description

As a Security Professional - Hotel Patrol in Kailua Kona, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a renowned hotel and resort location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for guests, staff, and property. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, providing a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to situations as they arise. You will also engage with guests and staff, offering exceptional customer service and clear communication to address questions or concerns. • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
