Performance shall occur on site at FDA White Oak Campus, 10903 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland 20993. The Management and Program Analyst will be required to work on site at the government building or offsite as required. Remote work may be authorized case-by-case with prior approval Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays).

The Management and Program Analyst will assist with operational and strategic analytical support relating to Task Management Technology (TMT) and process optimization.

In this exciting opportunity as a Public Health Program Specialist your responsibilities will include :Apply mastery of analytical methods, project / change management, and Task Management Technology (TMT) systems, ensuring compliance with FDA Title 21 CFR Part 11, FedRAMP, and related policies.Perform highly complex duties involving TMT, process analysis, and stakeholder communications; develop new techniques to improve efficiency and compliance.Ensure accountability for assets, document expenses, provide input on staff competencies, and lead temporary teams when needed.Coordinate with agencies and stakeholders in unstructured settings, influencing acceptance of recommendations and fostering collaboration.Develop and implement plans that enhance transparency and public health; findings directly influence organizational policies.Collaborate with Executive Secretariat colleagues on FY 2026 organizational strategy initiatives and projects.Conduct studies on stakeholders, work processes, and technology tools to define requirements for task tracking, automation, and compliance.Analyze data from records, databases, interviews, and TMT to improve transparency, collaboration, and decision-making.Support TMT functionalities, including task creation, workflows, collaboration tools, analytics, digital signatures, and AI content generation.Manage change initiatives for TMT adoption, system integration, and automation, reducing reliance on manual processes.Handle complaints through TMT, facilitating effective inter- and intra-agency communication and resolution.Develop briefings, reports, and plans using TMT metrics to highlight progress and operational improvements.Lead studies on TMT-supported processes to support transparency and reporting to HHS and the White House.Initiate enhancement projects for TMT, including AI-driven assistance and advanced document management solutions.Establish and maintain contacts with agencies and stakeholders to identify and share best practices in task management.Perform other duties as assigned, within the scope of the position.Please note that this list is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required for this job. Required Experience and Skills :
Experience working with PDF processing tools and Section 508 compliance standards.Strong organizational skills and ability to track progress across multiple concurrent projects.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Desired Experience and Skills :
