Job Title : Sales Administrative Assistant

Job Description

This role involves processing inbound orders coming in from the field via email. The individual will be responsible for generating invoices, Bills of Lading (BOL), receipts, and scheduling shipments from the warehouse. Additionally, there will be tasks related to two-match for accounts payable (AP) and expediting materials to ensure timely delivery.

Work Environment

The position is based in a small office setting, where the individual will have their own office space. Occasionally, the individual will go onto the floor to interact with managers and learn about the product. The work hours are from 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm CST, aligning with a 1st shift schedule. The dress code is business casual.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Porte, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.
