Physical Requirements :

May require some lifting, pulling objects up to 50 lbs., sitting for long periods of time.

Shift :

40 hours / week. Monday-Friday; 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM; and

may require occasional evening and week-end hours.

Job Summary :

The Director of the Stuckert Career Center provides strategic leadership and operational oversight, managing staff, budgets, and key partnerships to advance student success. The role emphasizes building strong relationships across campus, employers, and community stakeholders, while ensuring high-quality service delivery to students, alumni, and employers. Key responsibilities include staff development, assessment and reporting, and coordination of career programming such as fairs and exploration initiatives. The position requires strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement skills to balance operational efficiency with student-centered outcomes.

Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success.
