About The Position

  • Call Schedule : Phone Only | 4 Weeks per Year

Compensation : - Competitive salary based on experience, within $220k-$240k.

  • Sign-on bonus available

    DETAILS :

  • Mission-driven care, providing healthcare to a vulnerable patient population

  • Works as part of the primary care medical home team to evaluate and treat patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills

  • Must be able to provide long-term comprehensive and preventative care for all age groups
