About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of People to join their team. Deep expertise in HR disciplines, particularly in organizational design, talent management, and culture building, is essential. The role requires a data-driven and analytical mindset, exceptional emotional intelligence, and a player-coach mentality. The Head of People will be expected to ensure compliance with employment laws, update policies as needed, and manage the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
