Director of Wellness (RN) – Assisted Living / Memory Care Location :

• New Rochelle, NY Salary : $60,000 – $70,000 per year Job Type : Full-time An upscale Assisted Living Facility in New Rochelle, NY is seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Wellness to oversee care for 60 residents in our Memory Care community .
• We’re looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) with strong leadership and communication skills, and a genuine passion for providing quality care to older adults.
• The Director of Wellness will report directly to the Administrator and will be responsible for managing daily clinical operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards.
