Executive Director, Delaware Region
Braven is a national nonprofit that prepares promising college students to secure a strong first opportunity after college graduation through a career-accelerating program.
We work with higher education and employer partners to offer a life-changing experience that begins with a semester-long course for college students followed by support that lasts through graduation.
Together, our ambition is to help rebuild the middle class and revitalize the American Dream.
The Executive Director (ED) will oversee Braven's Delaware region, including its Delaware State University site and Braven's eventual expansion to new Delaware Area university partners. This requires hiring and leading a team to oversee the execution and growth of Braven's programming with our university partner(s), building shared-value partnerships with employers, overseeing all development efforts, and ensuring a sustainable funding pipeline, building and managing a local board, elevating Braven's local brand and thought-leadership, and advocating for aligned public policy.
