Lakeland Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist who is committed to providing the best life and care for our residents.The purpose of this position is to treat residents who have been referred to physical therapy by the resident's physician on written order. Identifying residents by diagnosis or observation or staff referral who may benefit from therapy and requests orders for evaluation and treatment. Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• State Licensure to Practice Physical Therapy
• Interpersonal Skills Necessary to Communicate Accurately and Precisely to Patients and Family Members
• Must Pass a Drug Screening and Level 2 Background Check
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Preferred
