Loss Prevention Project Manager

The Loss Prevention Project Manager is responsible for leading initiatives related to the deployment and enhancement of camera systems across retail store locations. This role oversees store-specific scopes of work, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and in coordination with both suppliers and store teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Project Planning & Execution : Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, system designs, budgets and progress reporting for system installations and upgrades.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with internal teams (i.e. : Loss Prevention, Technology, Store Operations, etc.) and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Problem Anticipation & Resolution : Proactively identify potential challenges and implement strategic solutions to mitigate risks and maintain project momentum.
  • Team Leadership : Supervise an LP Project Specialist providing guidance and support for day-to-day project activities.
  • Vendor Management : Maintain strong relationships with Loss Prevention vendors by evaluating performance, addressing field concerns, and identifying opportunities for process and service improvements.

  • Loss Prevention Dept. team members – CSC and Field
  • Loss Prevention Solution Providers

  • Store Operations
  • Store Managers / Leadership teams
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent people skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Proficiency in the following :
  • o Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint

    o Physical Security Systems, particularly camera technology

    o Project Management tools / software

  • Knowledge of camera system technology / infrastructure
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Problem solving skills and mindset
  • Understanding of general Loss Prevention processes and protection strategies
  • Familiarity with retail policy and procedures
  • Education

  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum experience

  • 3 years of Loss Prevention experience or related retail systems experience
  • 1 or more years of project management or comparable experience
  • Pay Rate - up to $53.69 per hour
