Loss Prevention Project Manager
The Loss Prevention Project Manager is responsible for leading initiatives related to the deployment and enhancement of camera systems across retail store locations. This role oversees store-specific scopes of work, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and in coordination with both suppliers and store teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include :
- Project Planning & Execution : Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, system designs, budgets and progress reporting for system installations and upgrades.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with internal teams (i.e. : Loss Prevention, Technology, Store Operations, etc.) and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Problem Anticipation & Resolution : Proactively identify potential challenges and implement strategic solutions to mitigate risks and maintain project momentum.
- Team Leadership : Supervise an LP Project Specialist providing guidance and support for day-to-day project activities.
- Vendor Management : Maintain strong relationships with Loss Prevention vendors by evaluating performance, addressing field concerns, and identifying opportunities for process and service improvements.

o Project Management tools / software
Knowledge of camera system technology / infrastructureStrong ability to manage multiple tasksProblem solving skills and mindsetUnderstanding of general Loss Prevention processes and protection strategiesFamiliarity with retail policy and proceduresEducation
BA or BS degree or equivalent experienceMinimum experience
3 years of Loss Prevention experience or related retail systems experience1 or more years of project management or comparable experiencePay Rate - up to $53.69 per hour
