Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and attentive atmosphere.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments while maintaining an organized calendar.
- Handle patient check-in and check-out processes, including verifying necessary documentation.
- Manage incoming calls, answer inquiries, and route messages to appropriate staff members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and timely care.
- Process insurance information and assist with billing inquiries when needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
- Address and resolve patient concerns promptly and effectively.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the daily operations of the medical office.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical receptionist or similar role.Proficiency in scheduling patient appointments and managing medical office workflows.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.Knowledge of basic medical terminology and healthcare procedures.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Experience handling patient check-in, check-out, and insurance verification.Familiarity with medical office software and systems.Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
