Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator with a strong background in content creation and social media strategy to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is creative, self-driven, adaptable, and thrives in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute engaging visual and written content across multiple channels, including social media, email, and blogs.

Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms.

Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaign strategies.

Collaborate with team members on creative projects while maintaining the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Stay current on industry trends, social media best practices, and new technologies to keep the brand competitive.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

2-3 years of marketing experience in a similar role.

Proven experience in social media management and content creation (short-form video, graphics, copywriting).TikTok experience strongly preferred.

Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM tools preferred.

Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to effectively meet deadlines and create ad hoc content a must.

Experience with Canva strongly preferred.
