Job Summary

We are seeking a detail oriented and reliable Produce Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for cleaning, packaging and displaying the fruits and vegetables. This position will be trained; however, experience with food handling and produce is a plus.

This job is ideal for a person who is reliable, dependable and possesses the following :

Ability to perform repetitious activities, follow directions, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized

Takes pride in productivity, quality and consistency

Ability to work varied hours / days as business dictates

Weekend and early evening work required

Capable of standing for up to 4-5 hours continuously, and a total of 8 hours per shift is a must

Positive attitude is essential in interacting with customers and employees

Good vision and hand-eye coordination are required for using sharp knives and heated wrapping machine
