Position Summary : The Financial Analyst (FA) support national small cell utility reconciliation project. - Supports Expense Recovery efforts to compile and analyze utility expense to determine billing. - Contractor to review data by combining utility expense with various operational data points.

• Must be detailed oriented
• Must be proficient in Excel
• Will be responsible for analyzing financial status by collecting, monitoring and studying data and recommending actions.
• In partnership with other leaders, the FA is responsible for creating and maintaining tools and analysis at scale to create a consistent program of reporting and analysis.
• The FA is expected to deliver high quality, accurate financial reporting & analysis and drive continuous improvements throughout the reporting tools and processes.
• Essential Job Functions-Create and maintain reporting tools & analysis to enable real time analytics and performance management.
• Improves financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to management.
• Create insights from analyzing & interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
• Research and prepare variance analysis and explanations.
• Increases productivity by developing automated applications
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with other company stakeholders to drive accomplishment of overall company goals and objectives.

Education / Certifications - bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related discipline preferred.

Experience / Minimum Requirements : 3-5 years of experience in a financial analyst or accounting related position.

Other Skills / Abilities-Routine communication with management relating to financial analysis, issues and deliverables.
