Performs maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Installs new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines. Maintains and secures a spare parts inventory including basic maintenance hand and power tools May be required to complete an apprenticeship or formal training in the field. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

• Installation of RTU's, MUA's, Air-Handler's, Ductless Split systems, VAV's, WSHP's, furnaces, condensers, boilers, sheet metal etc.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings / prints for job lay out and take off
• Fixing, replacing and adjusting vents, and ductwork.

Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience.
