Collaborative, supportive team culture Competitive compensation package Full healthcare benefits, HSA, 401(k) with match Paid time off and paid mileage Bonus opportunities Certification and continuing education sponsorship What You’ll Do : Conduct in-home patient evaluations, exams, and minor procedures Diagnose, treat, and manage individualized care plans Care for patients across the lifespan of all ages Collaborate with supervising physicians and educate patients / families Deliver high-quality, compassionate care with clinical autonomy What We’re Looking For : 3 - 5 years of Nurse Practitioner experience (urgent care or family practice preferred) Emergency Room experience preferred Background in Primary Care or Family Medicine Proficiency in basic wound care (e.g., sutures) Orthopedic experience strongly preferred Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Master’s degree in Nursing, FNP certification, and valid Alabama NP license Reliable transportation and comfort with home visit travel Ready to Build Something Meaningful?
