Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their unique insurance needs through personal consultations.
Policy Advising : Provide expert advice and innovative solutions to clients, ensuring they receive customized policies that adequately cover their requirements.
Service Inquiries : Efficiently address customer inquiries and issues, providing clear and insightful solutions to create a positive experience.
Sales Acquisition : Proactively identify new sales opportunities and direct client traffic towards them, contributing to the agency's growth and success.
Cross-Selling : Assess insurance plans and suggest additional coverages that would benefit client portfolios, enhancing overall satisfaction and security.
Market Knowledge : Stay tuned to the latest insurance products, industry changes, and state regulations to inform your clients with the most accurate advice.
Requirements
Licensing : Nebraska Property & Casualty insurance license required.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
Communication Skills : Excellent ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
