Location : Based in Annapolis MD, but servicing the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast USA.

About Us
Owner Rep Consulting is in it’s 15th year providing Construction Management Advisory services for Developers, Community Banks and Attorneys. We are growing and looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team.
Position Overview
The Construction Manager (CM) will oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion. This role requires a hands-on leader who ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The CM must also be capable of performing construction loan draw inspections, property condition assessments and consult with Attorney’s RE construction disputes, claims, arbitration or litigation.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate all preconstruction and on-site construction activities
Manage project schedules
Monitor budgets, track progress, and prepare reports
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications
Resolve technical issues and maintain strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
Lead project meetings and document progress
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science is Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture is preferred.
Experience without College Degree will be considered as well.
Proven experience as a Construction Manager, similar role
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management principles
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Oracle Primavera, etc.)
Valid driver’s license; OSHA certification, must meet other Company requirements / adhere to Company policy.
PE license, Certifications from LEED, PMI, CMAA are a plus.
Open / Willing to travel to Eastern / Western VA, NC, SC and GA for projects
What We Offer
$40.00 / hour to $45.00 / hour pay + Commission if procuring cause of a project / assignment.
