You’ll be responsible for managing the reception area, supervising front office staff, enforcing hotel policies, and ensuring guest services are exemplary. $17 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Lead operations at the front desk and make sure guests have an exceptional stay
• Make sure to adhere to the front desk budget and put in orders for office supplies as needed
• Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of all front office staff members, and ensure they’re providing exceptional guest service and uphold hotel policies
• Gather financial information and generate occupancy reports for the general manager
• Engage with hotel guests in person and over the phone, help with any questions they may have, and resolve complaints
