A company is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (Customer Insights | Marketing).

Key Responsibilities

Design and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions focusing on Customer Insights and marketing capabilities

Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, integrations, and extensions within the Dynamics ecosystem

Collaborate with data and analytics teams to support customer data unification and insights generation

Required Qualifications

Proven experience developing solutions in Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE)

Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or Dynamics Marketing modules

Strong experience with Power Platform development, including Power Apps and Power Automate

Experience building and integrating REST APIs and Azure services

Solid understanding of CRM architecture, data models, and system configuration
