Program Manager

We have an immediate opening for a Program Manager to support Missile Defense Agency / Architecture MDA / DCX and INDO-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) in Huntsville, AL. This will be a high visibility position for Capstone Corporation with a significant opportunity for growth. Salary based on relative experience and education.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a joint team developing advanced Combat ID to support cross-Service kill chains and architectures.
- Develop and execute the Program Plan for the effort, to include associated budget requirements.
- Develop and execute Systems Engineering Plan in support of MDA / DCX and INDOPACOM to include leading the development of architecture, requirements, interface specifications, and associated trade studies and analysis.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Systems to the Director, Joint Integrated Fire Control at the Missile Defense Agency.
- Provide support for planning for War Games and Exercises, establish requirements, test objectives and metrics and participate in such exercises that directly impact IAMD and Joint Tactical Integrated Air and Missile Defense.
- Lead the development of the Integrated Test Plan for the effort and oversee the execution.
- Coordinate efforts of multiple government and industry partners.
- Provide periodic program reviews and technical presentations to high-ranking Government stakeholders.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.10-20 years experience in systems engineeringDoD Program Management experience – Government or industry could include senior level roles such as PM, DPM, Chief Engineer, or others that demonstrate a thorough understanding of the program development lifecycle.Strong communication and coordination skills are essential – experience briefing FOGO and / or Chief Executive decision makers highly desiredIAMD / JTIFC technical experienceSystems of Systems Engineering & IntegrationAdditional Desired Skills :
Technical familiarity with JMAC, NCR-IADS or other relevant areasFamiliarity with Multi-Sensor / Multi-Target fusion technologies
