Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and facilitate water aerobics classes for participants of various ages and fitness levels

- Design and implement safe, effective, and engaging workout routines tailored to class needs

- Ensure the safety of all participants by monitoring activities and enforcing pool safety rules

- Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques and water safety practices

- Motivate and encourage participants to achieve their fitness goals

- Maintain a clean and organized class environment

- Keep accurate attendance records

- Communicate effectively with participants and staff to promote a welcoming atmosphere

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

- Certification in Water Aerobics Instruction or equivalent (e.g., CPR, First Aid)

- Prior experience leading water fitness classes preferred

- Strong knowledge of water safety and pool operations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to motivate and engage diverse groups of participants

- Reliable, responsible, and punctual

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
