Job Description

Parkview Health is currently seeking a  Board Certified / Board Eligible Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join their team.

• Hours of practice are Monday Friday 7am 6pm ; some flexibility required for extended hours
• Office location is at 470 Bennett Drive, Warren, IN
• Weekly Patient Contact : 36 hours (32 hours in the clinic & 4 hours rounding and prepping charts)
• Daily encounter goals of 22-26 patients depending on visit lengths.
• The call requirement for this position is 1 : 6
• Opportunity allows for OB, but not mandatory.
