A company is looking for a Lead HRIS (Workday) Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday modules and maintain business processes
Identify and implement AI-powered solutions to enhance HR efficiency and data quality
Manage end-to-end HRIS projects, coordinating with vendors and ensuring system performance
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
7-10 years of HRIS experience, with 4+ years of hands-on Workday configuration
Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and compliance needs
Proficiency in Workday business process configuration, reporting, and integrations
Experience with data governance and maintaining compliance standards in HR systems
