Technician J467

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technician! The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and technical background with specific expertise in Niagara Controls Alerton Controls or Distech Controls. This individual will be responsible for building a customer base and selling our services in the Eau Claire area driving growth and establishing the company as the go-to provider in the region.

Duties :

Including but not limited to :

• Develop and manage customer relationships identifying opportunities for new business.
• Sell HVAC services and solutions with a focus on Niagara Alerton and Distech control systems.
• Oversee project planning execution and completion ensuring projects meet client specifications and company standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored HVAC solutions that meet customer needs.
• Monitor project budgets schedules and resources to ensure timely and profitable completion.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and team members.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide accurate quotes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in HVAC controls.
