Human Resources Manager

Full Time l Onsite l Kern County

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
  • Handle payroll processing activities accurately and in accordance with applicable laws and company policies
  • Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate open enrollment activities
  • Maintain and update HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance
  • Support performance management, training, and professional development programs
  • Promote positive employee engagement and contribute to a healthy workplace culture

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Professional certification (PHR / SPHR or SHRM-CP / SCP) preferred
