Coverage needed for outpatient pain management and surgery center procedures

Flexible 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule

Assignment Details Start Date : 12 / 01 / 2025

End Date : Ongoing

Coverage Type : No Call

Schedule : Mondayâ€"Friday, 8aâ€"5p (guaranteed 8 hours / day; OT after 9 hrs / day)

Setting : 3 days / week clinic, 2 days / week outpatient surgery center

Patients per Day : 12â€"15

EMR : Epic

Requirements Board Certified

Active CA license

ACLS

Fluoroscopy certification (temporary or active)

Fellowship in Pain Medicine or PM&R with pain training

Case logs (100+ within last 24 months if >

1 year post-training)

Must explain gaps >

3 months and provide 2 years of recent hospital clinical activity

Clinical Details Procedures :

• Epidurals - Facet injections - Ablations - Occipital blocks - SI joint injections - Caudal / lumbar epidurals - Intra-articular injections - Trigger point - Genicular block / RFA Scope : Outpatient pain clinic plus surgery center procedures

Support : 1 MA, part-time APP

Surgery Center Privileges : Required (2 days / week procedural work)

Compensation Rates : Facility is accepting bids

Malpractice : Provided

Travel : Reimbursed
