In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work. You will review and analyze architectural and engineering drawings, performing take-offs to support competitive and well-informed bids. Working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients, you will play a vital role in delivering successful outcomes across high-profile commercial projects.

This position would suit a Senior Estimator from a commercial construction background who is looking to take ownership of complex, large-scale projects while accelerating their career into preconstruction management.
