Introduction : You will work 25-30 injury cases with average value of 750k-1m with a dedicated Paralegal. There are 15 employees and six lawyers with the firm.

Compensation Summary

• Competitive salary & estimated OTE; commission is a % of the profit from the cases won. The firm typically does not accept cases with a potential value of under $750K-$1M. Base salary target $130,000.00 - $200,000.00 (will consider above a $200k base for someone with 5+ years of plaintiff-side PI exp.) with uncapped total compensation.
• You would be working on approx. 25-30 cases, likely settling 10-12 / year. Most of their cases settle prior to trial so the "win" ratio is typically very high.
• The firm award a 25% bonus of the net attorney fees on any cases the attorney brings in.
• No business development required.
