Shift Details : 12 hr shifts. Start times at 6 / 7. So either 6a-6p / 6p-6a or 7a-7p / 7p-7a.

Schedule : 7 on / 7 off

Work Details :

Amount of coverage needed per month : 4 FTE

Patients per day : 15

Patient population / age : Adult

Department Description : Critical care - APP Candidates should have a knowledge of assessment and management of critical illness including medical ICU Neuro ICU and Cardiac ICU patients / needs. Ability to perform procedures including central line and arterial line is preferred

EMR : Cerner

Special procedures : Central line arterial line placement preferred but not required

Skills required : Critical care skills

Practice Setting :

Hospital

Requirements :

Board Certification : Yes

State license required : Will license but prefer compact

Certifications required : ACLS BLS APRN

Minimum experience required : 1 year

Credentialing Timeframe : 60 days - there will be credentialing modules that must be completed to get privs. These modules are unpaid so please make your providers aware ahead of time.

Willing to License? Yes - compact preferred

1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)

Certification Requirements : Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
