As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic food and beverage location. What You'll Do :

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas within the food and beverage location for unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and / or vendors while upholding established protocols.
• Document observations and incidents, providing detailed reports as required by site procedures.
• Follow all Allied Universal and client guidelines to maintain a secure environment tailored to the food and beverage industry.

Minimum Requirements :

• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
