We are currently seeking a Coordinated Assessment System (CAS) Assessor to support a statewide initiative focused on ensuring adults with IDD receive the services and support they need to thrive. In this role, you will conduct person-centered assessments using the CAS tool to help guide the development of individualized care and support plans.
Location : Assigned Region – Brooklyn
Job Type : Full-time
Bilingual candidates (English / Spanish) are strongly preferred.

Travel Reimbursement : Travel between assessment locations will be reimbursed. This includes mileage for personal vehicle use as well as costs associated with public transportation (e.g., subway, bus, train).
