Accounts Payable Specialist

Key Responsibilities :
Process and manage accounts payable invoices in an efficient and timely manner.
Verify accuracy, approve invoices, and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain detailed records and documentation of financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding accounts payable.
Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and inquiries.
Assist with month-end close processes and provide support for audits.
Requirements :
2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems / software.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
