Associate Dentist – Somerset, MA

Dr. James E. Silvia is seeking an Associate Dentist to join his growing team in Somerset, MA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, well-established practice with the mentorship, resources, and career path to grow into a future partner.

About the Practice

For over 25 years, our solo general dental practice has been a trusted part of the community, known for excellent patient-centered care, advanced technology, and a collaborative environment. We have 6 fully equipped operatories and offer the full scope of general dentistry, including preventive, restorative, cosmetics, implants, endodontics, and oral surgery.

Schedule

Current office hours : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM

4 days per week with potential to add a 5th day in the future

Requirements

DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school

Active Massachusetts dental license (or eligibility)

Strong clinical and communication skills

Commitment to patient-focused care

1+ years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
