Job description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring Production Operators in Manassas, VA 20110. The Production Operator would be working for a Major Manufacturing Company and has career growth potential.

Production Operator Highlights :

Shifts :
Night Shift : Wednesday / Thursday / Friday, alternate Saturday ??? 12 hours
Night Shift : Thursday / Friday / Saturday, alternate Wednesday ??? 12 hours
(Training will be on day shift)
Pay Range : $17-19 Hourly

Production Operator Responsibilities :

Support a safe work environment by following all safety procedures and promptly reporting hazards.

Perform production operations within a Fab organization, including a variety of technical tasks.

Monitor and respond to SPC charts, failed tool qualifications, and engineering test runs.

Collect data, process engineering targets, and troubleshoot tool errors and recoveries.

Operate equipment according to process specifications and change notifications.

Maintain organized and clean workstations in accordance with 6S principles.

Suggest and implement quality and safety improvements.

Participate actively in all required training and certification programs.

Provide accurate, detailed pass-down communication between shifts.

Practice ergonomic and safe lifting techniques at all times.

Production Operator Qualifications :

1???3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or a related technical environment.

Ability to use computer-based programs and applications for daily duties.

Strong attention to detail, safety, and teamwork.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
