Client Overview

Our client is a privately held organization in the real estate investment and management space that is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join their Finance team.

Salary / Hourly Rate

Up to $45 / hr DOE

Position Overview

This role involves maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.

Responsibilities of the Accountant

• Prepare, review, and process invoices and journal entries.
• Monitor bank activity and support treasury-related inquiries.
• Upload and import corporate allocation entries.
• Deliver financial reports, including balance sheet and income statement reviews.
• Maintain 1099 tracking and reporting files.
• Help prepare intercompany reconciliations and tax documentation.
