What will you be doing?

• Organize personnel file contents : Pull, scan, and upload files to appropriate Dayforce records
• File maintenance : Ensure accurate and efficient maintenance of employee benefits, personnel and leave of absence files
• Ensure confidentiality : Assure privacy of employee personal, benefits and leave data and information
• Follow required guidelines : Ensure that Associate personnel files are permanently stored electronically and properly destroyed
• Utilization of HR systems : Learn to effectively research information in HR systems
