• Additional Details : Full-time Palliative Nurse Practitioner (NP) Opportunity Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm No call, No weekends Deliver direct and indirect patient care for palliative care inpatients through comprehensive assessments and aggressive symptom and medication management Provide inpatient consultations in critical care, oncology, neurology, cardiology, and general medical and surgical units No outpatient responsibilities Collaborate with referring providers to coordinate a plan of care Conduct goals of care discussions with patients and families to align treatment choices with their wishes Palliative Care NP experience required
