Job Description

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for mixed commercial construction projects.

Analyze project requirements, blueprints, and specifications to determine scope and budgets.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.

Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive pricing.

Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market trends and pricing.

Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.

Support business development efforts through accurate and competitive bid proposals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Estimator - Mixed Commercial should have :

• Strong knowledge of construction estimation techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in the business services and construction industry is preferred.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is desirable.
