Forklift Operator

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts to maneuver materials within the warehouse. Your duties include loading and unloading trucks, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to all safety and regulatory policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to transport materials.
• Maneuver materials to and from operators to various warehouse locations.
• Load and unload trucks of product efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and legible records / documentation.
• Adhere to company safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Stage product for mixing and roasting operators.

Work Environment

Work in a food manufacturing environment with GMP guidelines, including wearing hair nets, beard nets, smocks, and steel-toed shoes. Operate on the 2nd shift from 2 : 30 PM to 11 PM. Be prepared for busy seasons, especially from August to December, with potential mandated overtime, including 10-hour shifts and occasional Saturdays. The work involves handling tree nuts and peanuts.

This is a Permanent position based out of Sussex, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $43680.00 / yr. 401k match, health, dental, vision insurance.
