Job descriptionManage laundry tasks : washing, drying, folding, and ironing. Coordinate dry-cleaning schedules and maintain wardrobe organization. Prepare and pack for trips; unpack and organize post-travel items. Clean and organize fridge and pantry weekly; dispose of expired items. Conduct weekly grocery shopping and maintain inventory of preferred items. Maintain closets, storage areas, and household inventory. Coordinate specialized cleaning (windows, carpets, upholstery) and liaise with external services. Work closely with the personal assistant and adapt to homeowner's schedule. Proven experience as a housekeeper in a luxury or high-end residential setting. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage dry-cleaning schedules and household inventory. Flexibility to accommodate travel schedules. Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Insurance stipend 2 weeks PTO (plus additional PTO when homeowner is out of town)
Full-Time Housekeeper - Luxury High-Rise Residence

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented housekeeper to maintain a luxury high-rise residence. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage household tasks seamlessly. You will work closely with the homeowner's personal assistant to ensure all expectations are met and the home remains in pristine condition.

- Perform thorough cleaning of all living spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Care for delicate surfaces, high-end furniture, and valuable art pieces using proper techniques.
