The
Marketing Specialist
is responsible for planning, creating, and managing marketing initiatives that strengthen Infusion Solutions’ brand awareness and engagement among patients, providers, and the community.
This is a versatile, collaborative role ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. The Marketing Specialist will support digital campaigns, video and graphic production, SEO, paid ads, and internal communications—while ensuring consistent brand representation across all platforms.
A background working with sales teams in the healthcare field and experience supporting internal marketing initiatives is highly preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology is valuable but not required for the right candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns that align with company goals and brand standards.
Design and produce print and digital materials (flyers, brochures, signage, presentations, branded collateral).
Create, edit, and manage digital content across the company website (WordPress), social media platforms, and internal email communications.
Manage paid digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), including strategy, copywriting, creative development, targeting, and budget tracking.
Monitor and optimize SEO performance through keyword research, content updates, and analytics review.
Produce video content from concept through post‑production (storyboarding, filming, editing).
Develop branded templates, visual assets, and internal communication materials to ensure consistent messaging.
Utilize HubSpot Marketing modules to manage ad campaigns, automate workflows, track engagement, and build reports.
Collaborate with Sales and Clinical teams to support provider outreach, patient education, and referral communications.
Support internal marketing initiatives such as employee communications, recognition programs, and company‑wide campaigns.
Apply healthcare knowledge or familiarity with medical terminology to craft accessible messaging for clinical and non‑clinical audiences.
Manage public relations, online reputation (BirdEye, social media, Google Business), and ensure compliance with healthcare marketing regulations.
Plan, promote, and support company events, including open houses, awareness campaigns, and community outreach.
Maintain organized libraries of photography, video content, signage, and digital assets.
Coordinate with external vendors for production, printing, and fulfillment of marketing materials.
Assist with limited recruitment‑related advertising as part of broader brand support.
Track analytics and KPIs using Google Analytics and other reporting tools; recommend optimizations.
Perform other marketing‑related duties or special projects as assigned.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital communications.
Hands‑on experience with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, Audition, Lightroom, Acrobat), HubSpot, social media platforms, and Google Analytics.
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics.
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Flexible, adaptable, and proactive with a creative mindset.
Healthcare marketing and sales team experience preferred but not required.

Work Location :
Hybrid, with required onsite visits to our Bellingham or Federal Way offices. Candidates are preferred to live within a reasonable commuting distance to one of these locations.
