Superintendent - K12
Manage all aspects of K12 construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with project teams, school representatives, and local authorities.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, schedules, and change orders.
Lead project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
Drive quality assurance and ensure all work meets specified requirements.
