Job description

StaffMed Health Partners is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician for a unique leadership opportunity that combines clinical care with Medical Director responsibilities, supported by an additional stipend for administrative duties. Providers will join a collaborative team in a fully accredited acute care facility offering comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services.

Position Highlights :

  • Leadership Role : Clinical + Medical Director duties with stipend
  • Annual ED Volume : 13,010 visits
  • Daily Physician Coverage : 24 hours (no APC coverage)
  • ED Beds : 11
  • Hospital Beds : 25 (acute care)
  • Hospital Medicine Program : In place for admissions
  • Acuity Level : Low, with a 9% admission rate
  • Fast Track : None
  • Trauma Level : Not designated
  • Facility Accreditation : Joint Commission & College of American Pathologists

Requirements :

  • Board Certification / Eligibility : Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
  • Certifications : ATLS, ACLS, and PALS required
  • Leadership Experience : Preferred but not required; strong communication and administrative skills valued
