Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute email marketing strategies, including automation and segmentation

Lead large-scale email campaigns from planning to optimization

Collaborate with design, copywriting, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a strong passion for digital marketing

Hands-on experience with multiple email service providers, with Klaviyo experience being a plus

Experience managing multiple clients in a fast-paced agency environment

Proven leadership experience with small to mid-sized teams

Highly creative, analytical, and self-motivated
