Position Overview :

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide oversight and clinical supervision to Mental Health Rehabilitation Technicians (MHRTs) and Mental Health Rehabilitation Technicians / Clinicians (MHRT / Cs) across residential settings and case management services . The Clinical Supervisor will ensure effective implementation of treatment plans, guide clinical staff, and promote positive outcomes for individuals with behavioral health needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to MHRTs and MHRT / Cs in residential and case management programs.
  • Motivate and support staff to implement individualized treatment plans for individuals with behavioral health challenges.
  • Monitor clinical documentation and ensure adherence to agency policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support quality care and positive client outcomes.
  • Conduct trainings and ongoing staff development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Support staff in the use of the State system (Acentra Health (formerly Kepro)) and the completion of Letters of Medical Necessity (LMNs) , as applicable.

Required Credentials : (one or more of the following)

  • LCSW or LCPC
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Familiarity with the Acentra Health (formerly Kepro)
  • Knowledge of OBH / MaineCare regulations
  • Ability to complete LMNs (Letters of Medical Necessity) & Intake Information
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Experience in residential and / or case management behavioral health settings
