As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and mall locations, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. You will conduct routine patrols while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication to visitors and staff. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the retail or mall environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols or while on duty.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site-specific policies.

Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations by following established protocols and communicating as needed.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures.

Provide directions and general assistance to customers, tenants, and visitors within the retail or mall location.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
