Our General Managers focus on delivering a superior fitness experience, driving sales, and building strong community relationships. Responsibilities Meet studio sales, membership renewals, and ancillary service goals through strategic outreach and lead generation. Manage staff schedules and supervise the CBX team. Maintain studio cleanliness and organization. Participate in community events and manage marketing campaigns to generate leads. Build rapport with members and foster a welcoming environment aligned with our Mission of fueling energetic communal experiences. Coach and train team members on hospitality and sales tactics, working with the owner on team accountability. Set and work towards monthly, weekly, and daily targets in collaboration with the studio owner. Drive referral business through ambassador programs. Minimum Requirements 2+ years of retail / service sales or fitness sales experience. Proven ability to generate personal sales and train others in sales. Strong communication skills in English, with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and drive revenue streams : memberships and retail. Passion for fitness and a customer-focused mindset. Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail. Proficient with computers and studio software. Able to adapt to a fast-changing, diverse environment.
